This project has been developed by Lifestyle Developers. The concept is driven by the belief that developments have the power to positively transform cities. As a community within a community, Diyar Al Salam is an urban retreat within the city, designed to evoke a sense of tranquility and serenity. From this, a concept was born, in which the symbol of "the dove of peace" became a prevailing theme throughout the development, inspired by the nature of its name, Diyar Al Salam (translation: Homes of Peace).

The project contains 140 residential units offering a variety of options including one bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom, and five bedroom units. Building amenities include Gym, library, nursery, multipurpose room, and recreational yard.

As the first of its kind in Saudi Arabia, the project is LEED V3 certified. Jeddah Mayor recognized this achievement by attending the certification ceremony of the project in 2019. Energy efficiency was one of the major design concerns. Special attention was spent to increase the efficiency of the building envelope by choosing an energy efficient wall assembly and glazing. All of the 140 units have passed blower door testing to ensure minimum air leakage to the outdoors and to comply with the Tobacco smoke control requirements of LEED.

This project was the first private residential project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that offers Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations in a preferred parking zone. to develop sustainable studies, reports and certifications.
