Developed by Lifestyle Developers, the VUE is a premier resi-dential tower situated in a prime location between the Al Kornichsh and King Abdul Aziz Road in the north of Jeddah. The client’s main requirements were to create exceptional living spaces that raise the standards of living and target middle income professionals.

The project includes 35 exclusive units, from one to 5 bedrooms, including nine exclusive two story sky villas with outdoor living rooms, all offering one of a kind views towards the Red Sea. Positioned on a 2,240 square meter site and with a total built up area of 11,700 square meters, the 12 story high-rise tower stands 69 meters tall. The building also in - clude an array of amenities such as club room, gyms, spas, team room, and cinema.

Assigned as a sustainability consultant of the project, GREENER has developed a project specific sustainability goals with a great focus on energy and water efficiency. Lighting controls are one of the scope of works that aims to add value to the building specifications both inside the dwelling units and in the common areas.

Electric Vehicle charging stations are also considered as a feature for the prospective residents. On the other hand, as it is a standard practice of the client, all dwelling units will be air leakage tested as measure to ensure proper air tightness of the units and to attain high level of smell and tobacco control between the adjacent apartments.
